01/ Overview
The route
A short themed trail through La Combe: the circuit from Courgenay follows the Voyeboeuf, crosses open meadows and reaches its highest point at just over 530 m.
The circuit begins near Courgenay, away from public transport; the Courgenay, Noires Terres stop is around 800 m away. The route first descends towards the Les Hauts Rochers woodland. It then picks up the course of the Voyeboeuf and leads out into open meadows and fields.
For long stretches, the themed trail runs outside the marked hiking trail network. It climbs through La Combe and reaches its highest point at just over 530 m halfway along the route. A marked section then leads towards Courgenay, while the route continues to follow the Voyeboeuf to just before the village.
At the first houses, the route leaves the stream and passes through Courgenay back to the starting point. A little over an hour and a half should be allowed for the 6.5 km circuit; at the finish, too, the nearest stop is around 800 m away.

Current conditions
What to know before you set off. Closures and snow are re-checked every day.
How we check: Every night we match the route against the official closures and detours from the Federal Roads Office (FEDRO). Any reported closure that touches the route shows up here.
How we check: We look up a live public transport connection from your starting point to the stop closest to the trailhead. If it ends further away, the nearest stop may be a cable car or bus that isn't running right now.
How we check: Snow depth estimated daily at the lowest and the highest point of the route. Estimates: check the situation on site.
