01/ Overview
The route
Red footprints, woodland playgrounds and tales of the Bärgmandli accompany this family circuit from Romoos. Along the way, the trail climbs through meadows and woodland to just under 1'000 m.
From the Romoos, Post bus stop, the Bärgmandli Trail initially leads out of the village. Red footprints show the way along this family-themed trail. Before long, the Talherrenburg appears at the edge of the woods; its barbecue areas are among Zyberliland’s first play sites. The route continues uphill between meadows and woodland.
Near Turnberg, roughly halfway around, it reaches its highest point at just under 1'000 m, without taking the turn-off to the summit some 200 m away. A marble run then awaits in the woods. Further stations bring the Zyberli-Gschicht to life with natural materials, climbing activities and water play: at the Nüütelimine, watercourses can be redirected, while the Haselschule serves as an outdoor classroom. The trail then descends gently along yellow-waymarked paths via Lingetli to the first houses. After just under 6 km and almost two hours, the circuit closes back at Romoos Post.

03/ Conditions
Current conditions
What to know before you set off. Closures and snow are re-checked every day.
How we check: Every night we match the route against the official closures and detours from the Federal Roads Office (FEDRO). Any reported closure that touches the route shows up here.
How we check: We look up a live public transport connection from your starting point to the stop closest to the trailhead. If it ends further away, the nearest stop may be a cable car or bus that isn't running right now.
How we check: Snow depth estimated daily at the lowest and the highest point of the route. Estimates: check the situation on site.
