01/ Overview
The route
The start is quickly reached and sledgers soon have the Val Tujetsch at their feet. At first the run goes down the steep ski slope as far as Mulinatsch, then the second part is along a treated track and easier.
The toboggan run begins at the Milez stop at just under 1,900 m, the highest point of the route. From the settlement, the descent leads downhill through open terrain. Over four kilometres, it drops around 480 metres in elevation; the descent takes just under an hour. Broad slopes characterise the first section before the route leads deeper into the valley.
Around halfway, the toboggan run passes close to the Giuv chapel. The descent then continues across open terrain towards the valley. Near the end, Dieni draws closer; the ruins of Pontaningen Castle lie around 200 m off the route and therefore remain a nearby point of interest rather than part of the descent. After around four kilometres, the toboggan run ends in Rueras, Dieni, directly by the Dieni (pendicularas) stop.

03/ Conditions
Current conditions
What to know before you set off. Closures and snow are re-checked every day.
How we check: Every night we match the route against the official closures and detours from the Federal Roads Office (FEDRO). Any reported closure that touches the route shows up here.
How we check: We look up a live public transport connection from your starting point to the stop closest to the trailhead. If it ends further away, the nearest stop may be a cable car or bus that isn't running right now.
Sledding is more fun in the snow! Check local conditions before heading out.
How we check: Snow depth estimated daily at the lowest and the highest point of the route. Estimates: check the situation on site.
